All tournaments will have the following divisions and check-in times:

 

All tournaments will have the following entry fees:

 

First place and second place trophies will be awarded in the Andrean Jr. Open and the Gary Jr. Open. 

Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded in the State Games of Indiana.

 

Entry information:  Entry form (below) must be received by the deadline.  You may enter all three tournaments on one form. 

Doubles entries will remain open until Saturday at 4:00 pm at each tournament. Make checks payable to Lakeshore Tennis Association. 

Participants may pay entry fees at the tournament site, but entry form for singles divisions (below) must still be received by deadline.
